Customer Care and Reshipment Policy

At Growers of America, we treat our customers as if they were family. We are committed to ensuring the health and satisfaction of your plants, and we offer a generous reshipment policy. However, it is essential to adhere to our terms to ensure the best care for your plants.

Reporting Issues with Your Delivery

If your clones or teens arrive in poor health or dead, please follow these steps:

  1. Document the Condition: Send us clear pictures with a visible timestamp (e.g., a watch or clock in the photos) within 4 hours of delivery.
  2. Email the Photos: Email the pictures to [email protected].

Upon receiving the timestamped photos, we will assess the situation and proceed as follows:

  • Observation Period: We may ask you to give the clones a few days to recover after transplanting, following our transplant guide precisely. If the clones do not recover within 3-5 days, we will reship the affected genetics within 3 business days (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday).
  • Immediate Reshipment: If the clones are clearly too far gone, we will ship out replacements within 3 business days.

Important Note on Timeliness

The requirement to send pictures within 4 hours of delivery is crucial because these are living plants and cannot withstand prolonged exposure to adverse conditions. Delays in reporting can significantly impact the health of the plants. For instance, leaving plants in a mailbox or on a porch for extended periods can be detrimental.

Policy Compliance

We will not ship replacements if you do not contact us via email within 4 hours of the marked delivery time from the shipping carrier. This policy helps us avoid sending reshipments to customers whose plants may be damaged due to user errors. It is essential to follow our transplant guide and maintain the specified environmental conditions.

Refunds

Refunds will only be offered if the strains needing replacement are out of stock and will not be available within 5-10 days.
